Children can play there safely and ample parking space is provided, while pets can be accommodated too (prior notice and arrangements necessary).
The garden is also equipped with barbecue facilities, shared by the residents of Neria summer house B.

- You will not be charged for cancelling your reservation no later than 3 weeks (22 days) prior to your arrival. We will sent you the deposit back upon your instructions. (you are bound to bear the expense for any additional bank transaction costs). We have the right to charge you with the deposit amount (25% of the total price of your stay) for cancelling your reservation within 3 weeks (21 days or less) prior to your arrival. In that case the deposit is not returned. The deposit is not returned if you leave earlier than expected and you will be charged with 50% of the total sum of the remaining time of your arranged stay, (that is until your scheduled departure date) as determined by law (Άρθρο 8 Ν1652/86/ ΓΓ 167 Α).
