The house is provided with a fully equipped kitchen, a wc with shower, a spacious living room – with sleeping space for 2 persons and a separate master bedroom on each floor. In addition, the house can board one more person on each floor (with extra charge), as it can be provided with sofa-beds or cots. Furthermore, we can accommodate you with a baby park bed upon request, depending on availability.

Neria Apartments are located in Hanioti, one of the most popular destinations on the first of Chalkidiki’s three “legs”.

They are conveniently located, only 500m from the village’s central square and with easy access to the beach; the sea is just a short walk away (no more than 10 minutes).
Our spacious private courtyard (covering around 500 m2) provides you with a lovely environment where you will find ample opportunity for enjoying some country air, recreational activities and garden cookouts. Private parking space is always available, while a bakery and pastry shop, a gas station and a super market are also close by (around 300 m).

We are a small family business, established in 1987. Twenty five years later the management was passed down to the family’s younger generation, which has brought a breath of fresh air to the property, adding their own taste, zest and enthusiasm to the business. During 2013, the residencies where thoroughly refurbished and remodeled while the surrounding courtyards were designed according to the principles of Mediterranean gardening, using plants suitable for our temperate climate such as aromatic herbs.
