- You will not be charged for cancelling your reservation no later than 3 weeks (22 days) prior to your arrival. We will sent you the deposit back upon your instructions. (you are bound to bear the expense for any additional bank transaction costs).

- In order to confirm your reservation, a prepayment of 25% of the total amount of your stay is required. You can make the deposit directly to our bank account or via Paypal and Western Union. Once we are notified of your deposit you will receive a confirmation e-mail regarding all your booking details and the reservation is complete. The rest of the amount will be paid upon arrival.
