Paliouri Kassandra Halkidiki

Paliouri, as well as the surrounding region, is well-known for its honey and olive oil production. The visitor may appreciate the unique landscape and wander along the verdurous trails of the Pinewood or walk in the village’s historic lanes, which provide a distinct traditional colour.

Don’t miss out on tasting traditional goods and meals at taverna ‘Giannikos’ or unique gourmet recipes at Porto Valitsa’s Sea of Tastes restaurant.

Southeast of the hamlet, at the borders of Toronaios Gulf, and 6 kilometres towards Kanistro Cape, are the settlements of Xina and Ag. Nikolaos, each with two gorgeous little gulfs and the natural harbour where the church of St. Nikolas is located.

The Chrouso beach is located 2 kilometres southeast of the hamlet.

The visitor to Chrouso beach may enjoy the azure waves and golden sand, as well as the pinewoods that reach the sea in a very stunning scene.
