* In the Sea View Apartment the prices are from 100€ to 150€ depending on the season and people.

* In the Studio the prices are from 50€ to 100€ depending on the season and the people.

* These prices are valid for four (4) nights or more.

* To book the room around 30% deposit, and the payment will be made 2 days after arrival.

* Rentals from (1) to (3) nights prepaid
* Prices include everything we offer as mentioned in the description of House 1
* Possibility of additional benefits with extra expense
* Please include in your email the age and the gender of your children in order to have the appropriate room and price

Cancellation policy

– 21 days prior to arrival refunded the entire deposit

– After 21 days no refund

– Early departure the tenant pays the 50% of the cost of the remaining days

– Check in at 14:00

– Check out at 12:00
