- Guests collect their keys at the property, we meet the guest upon arrival. If cancellation is effected 30 days prior to the date of arrival, deposit is refunded to the client. If cancellation is effected after the lapse of 30 days prior to the date of arrival, deposit is not refunded to the client. In case of cancellation during stay, client should compensate the company with the 50% of the cost for the remaining period of stay.

- An advance payment (30%) is required in order to complete the reservation. Options for the advance payment: bank transfer (details will be sent after the agreement of the reservation). The balance amount is paid by cash or card (Visa, Euro/Mastercard) , after the customer’s arrival and settling in the apartment.
