SP Maisonette offers a modern, newly built stay in Nikiti. With just a single accommodation unit, it’s an excellent option for couples or families seeking privacy, and its thoughtfully designed interior adds to its appeal. The accommodation is conveniently located, a mere 300 meters from Nikiti’s sandy beach, as well as shops and tavernas. As previously noted, this is a single unit, specifically a five-bed maisonette spanning 60m2. The lower level features a living room with a single sofa bed and a bedroom with a double bed. The gallery level houses a room, open but not physically separated by a door, containing a single bed that converts into a double when unfolded. Each level of the maisonette features a bathroom equipped with a shower and curtain. The living room incorporates a kitchen, complete with a sizable refrigerator and freezer, a stove with a flat top and oven, a kettle, a toaster, and all the essential utensils. This maisonette is also fitted with three air conditioners, a television, internet access, a washing machine, and mosquito nets. The owners are happy to provide a baby cot upon request. Outside, there’s a private seating area with a table, chairs, and an awning. Guests are responsible for keeping the maisonette clean, and a fresh set of towels and bed linens is provided midway through their stay. A small yard offers parking for one vehicle and an outdoor shower.
