Each top floor studio has its own 40 m² private terrace with magnificent panoramic view. The indoor area is 26 m2. There is one double bed and one bunk (one bed on the top of the other) in the same room.

Top floor studios have entrance from the back side, 17 steps higher than the middle floor apartments. The kitchen is in an extension of the main room. It is fully equipped, with big fridge, stove with oven, coffee machine, sandwich maker and all kitchenware and tableware for 6 persons.

There are two dining places with tables and chairs. The first one is in the kitchen and the second one outdoors in the private terrace of the studio. During summer the actual living room is outdoors in the terrace where you can enjoy the breathtaking panoramic view and the cool sea breeze.

A big double tent shades the half of the terrace and 2 sun beds can be used for relaxing or private sunbathing.

Villa Oasis is a seaside summer holiday vacation rental offering self-catering accommodation. It is built in the beginning of Kassandra, the western peninsula of Halkidiki. The location is ideal to start your day excursions to discover Kassandra, Sithonia, mount Athos mount Holomontas and the mainland.
