A holiday in Greece means endless hours of relaxing at the beach. After all, Greece has some of the best beaches in the world, so you simply can’t miss out on the country’s stunning bays, coves, or isolated coasts.
Halkidiki is undoubtedly one of the most beautiful areas of Greece and has plenty of stunning beaches for children and adults. Kassandra peninsula is the most cosmopolitan out of Halkidiki’s three peninsulas. So it has many fantastic organized beaches, perfect for swimming and participating in water sports.
Located in the picturesque village of Fourka, this attractive beach called “Skala of Fourka” is awarded the Blue Flag. It has soft white sand and warm shallow waters, perfect for swimming and spending hours relaxing or building sand castles with your children.
Near the beach, there are also typical Greek taverns and beach bars to taste delicious seafood.
Previously, Siviri was Kassandria’s main fishing port. But today, Siviri Beach is this beautiful small village’s top family destination. It is a family-friendly destination with an amazing organized sandy beach awarded with a Blue Flag and surrounded by lush green hills. Restaurants, bars, and other tourist facilities, as well as disabled access, are all available.
Kriopigi is located in the Kriopigi village and is an organized beach with sunbeds and umbrellas. It is relatively quiet, so families and couples mainly love it. The gorgeous blue color of the sea and the white sand are just a few of the attractive attributes of the beach.
Located at Possidi village, this is a partly organized beach. Its soft pearly sand and shallow, warm waters make it perfect for families. But it is also somewhat rocky in some spots. Yet its stunning azure water views and lush pine forest, the beach is ideal for family photoshoots. There are also many restaurants and beach bars nearby.
Polychrono Beach is a 7 km long and organized beach situated along the Polychrono village. It has a unique beauty since it is surrounded by a pine forest nearby. Furthermore, it is a bustling sandy coast with clean waters and all kinds of facilities, such as water sports and typical taverns and bars.
